About Our Office

Dr. Robbins’ office was completed in September of 2008 and recently finished a major renovation in the the winter of 2016, where the space was doubled so we could better accommodate out patents and parents. The main goal was to be different than all of the rest of the pediatric dental offices in the area. The office is a personal reflection of Dr. Robbins’ style, and the color palette of blues and chocolate browns create a calming atmosphere for all.

A kids’ area in the waiting room is lined with homey bead board reminiscent of Dr. Robbins’ travels to Martha’s Vineyard. Flat screen televisions and WiFi in the waiting room are sure to keep the entire family entertained and occupied. The open bay treatment area, ceiling mounted flat screen in the treatment room, hardwood-like hospital grade flooring and granite countertops all add to the office’s inviting and appealing atmosphere.

The office ‘mascot’ showcases Dr. Robbins’ love of Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers and all dogs. You’ll find photographs throughout the office of Dr. Robbins’ current puppy Emerson and her past companions, Murphy and Shamrock.

Appointments

We recommend that children under the age of 5 and school aged children with extensive dental work should be seen in the early morning. Children of this age and who require multiple appointments do better in the early morning because they are more cooperative and alert than later in the day. We will schedule longer appointments in the morning to complete multiple procedures and have more time to work indivually with the patient. After school appointments are reserved for school aged children and preventative care.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 30 days (by law) to render payment. After 31 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We accept payments in cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Care Credit.
